Felt Friends

For some reason, I think the summer heat has slowed my sewing  - - but not my daughters' - they have been making fun projects almost everyday.  These little bunnies are one of my favorites - both were made by my older daughter.

She completely hand-stitched the smaller bunny but for the larger one, she hand-stitched the small details and machine-stitched the rest.

It has been so long since I used felt for anything that I totally forgot that I had bought those leaves that she used for the carrot - haha, I thought she had cut those herself and was amazed at her precision (she quickly corrected me!)

She found inspiration for these felt creatures here.

  1. Cute. It would be fun to make them tin house/bed. I seen some on the web.
