February sewing: 1 big quilt, 1 small quilt, 1 mini quilt, and a pillow.
I also started the Woodland Sampler. This is my first cross stitch project and I've made about a million errors so far but I'm hopeful that my March square will be much improved.
My plan for this month is to start the Farmer's Wife Sampler Quilt. Heidi is planning on making this quilt as well and I think it will be lots of fun to be tackling this at the same time. Anyone else interested in joining us?
Oh, and I totally missed my 1 year blog anniversary last week - crazy!
Linking up to Fresh Sewing Day.
beautiful projects!!!!And the Woodland Sampler, too? That's fantastic.
ReplyDeleteGreat finishes and their all beautiful! I've only gotten 6 farmers wife blocks done, wish I had time to join you both.
ReplyDeleteI love all of them, I just want to throw myself into that quilt and wrap up in front of the telly, it is amazing!

ReplyDeleteI totally missed the Farmer's Wife bandwagon the first time around. I got the book a couple months ago and haven't yet started. I'd love to be part of a sew along (even if informal) to help motivate me!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finishes!
Such beautiful makes Beth, and I especially love that heart, the fabric choices make it just so fabulous. I would love to see your cross stitch progress, I have done many a cross stitch in my time! I do miss being able to sit in front of the TV sometimes while sewing, cross stitch is great for that. Happy 1 year anniversary by the way, where has the time gone!
ReplyDeleteGreat quilt finishes for February. Happy 1 year blog anniversary!
ReplyDeletewow wow wow - such beautiful projects! The big quilt is stunning!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your first blogiversary! Looking forward to another great year to come Beth.
ReplyDeleteBeth, your quilts make my heart sing. I had to show your big one to three friends when you posted in-progress shots on Instagram while I was at Quiltcon. When are you shipping it to my house? Soon? ;)
ReplyDeleteHappy anniversary to you, my friend. What a great year it's been! Your February mosaic is probably my favorite yet -- I absolutely love all of these. Can't wait to start plugging along on that FW quilt!
ReplyDeleteLooks like February was a great month - good luck with the Farmer - I loved making mine - I learned so much. I look forward to seeing progress.
ReplyDeleteYou can have an un-iversary party! The i-spy quilt turned out so great with all the bits of color in between the pictures. Love the soft colors and visual texture of the pillow as well.
ReplyDeletep.s. always admired those that want to do a FWQ but have some trepidation with templates/math/figuring.
DeleteLovely work. I particularly like your liberty quilt.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful projects!
ReplyDeleteHappy Anniversary!!!
