  5. This follows under any comment: Last night we went to a luau for my Aunt's 80th birthday. There was in the ground roasted whole pig, poi and hula dancers. Great party.

  6. Thank you for such a fun and great blog hop - I was near the beginning and enjoyed making the tutorial for my day - and meeting everyone since!

    On my wish list for Christmas is a tumble dryer - ours is almost 12 years old and you have to put a chair in front of it to make it work! Too funny - and a huge pain!

  23. I would like my hubs to install a tray that would roll out of our bottom cabinet - the one that holds the big pans. How nice that would be when cooking soups, chili, pasta, etc. Thanks for the chance to win!

  39. I can't believe it's the last week -- crazy! I'd love to get a new winter coat or a pair of boots. It's so easy for me to buy clothes for the kids, but hard to justify spending the money on myself. :)

  65. I would love to put on my Christmas list a new kitchen aid mix master as my granddaughters love to get togeather and cook. Plus when we redid my kitchen I accidentially threw out the beaters to my mix master and I haven't replaced it yet.Nice give away

  66. None sewing related things on my Christmas list are some new clothes, not a lot of new clothes, just enough to be fun. I've lost two clothing sizes since July and am still losing. So new clothes to make me feel pretty and keep the momentum going to stick to my eating plan.

    I don't know if I have any!! I am on a fabric binge and just want more, more, more. Ok, I guess one of the things I would like is some new makeup. I have spent all my money on quiilting supplies and am now running out of basic neccessities! lol.

I love the Alpilles Starry Night Stonehenge (think I might need 2) and the Winter Wonderland, and I want Sarsparilla, and I've just signed up for the reminder email for Wild Jasmine becasue that won't be there til May, so I'll be off the fabric diet by then :-)

  113. I'm about to relocate for work, and I'm going from renting a furnished room in a shared house to renting an unfurnished flat all on my own. I think I'm going to ask for frivolous stuff to decorate it with, although may go for some useful things on the list too. But I feel happier to spend money on the essentials, they're just not the things to make it feel homely.
