I'm also working on a tutorial for a variation on the bag using a quilted pocket. I'm going to try to get the tutorial written this weekend and I'll post it on my blog as soon as I do.
As for what I've been sewing during July:
I finally tried foundation paper piecing and love it! Now I have to figure out what to do with these blocks.
I made more bags and pouches.
I finished a baby quilt for my littlest, a quick picnic blanket for the whole family, and I just finished hand-quilting the quilt for my oldest. My middle daughter and I have picked out the fabrics for her quilt - we plan to make it together and hopefully, finish before school begins at the end of the month.
I'm excited to link up to Lily's Quilts for the July Fresh Sewing Day and see what everyone else has been up to for the month.
